Alex said that he and his groomers would be thrilled if the snow finally stopped, as both they and their machines are getting worn out!
Stokely's Newly Designed End of Winter Loppet Will Happen on Saturday March 8th
Get ready to participate in Stokely's newly designed end-of-the-winter Loppet . A loppet is an enjoyable event where family and friends come together to cross-country ski on a designated route with food stops along the way. You will be loppeting 24 km to several huts for snacks and across Bone and Walker Lakes. Faster skiers can take an alternate route and ski to all six huts or the perimeter. On Walker Lake you can enjoy a tasty BBQ of Brats cooked and served right on the lake. The day doesn't end there, as you will enjoy live music, desserts and a cash bar in the Day-Skier's Cabin.
Preregistration is required for the adventurous day $60 and kids to 12 free.

Stokely's Wine Tasting Dinner is Saturday, March 1 at 5:30 PM
Join us for a fun evening with wine commentator Vin Greco. The evening will feature wines from Canada, Spain, Italy, France, South Africa, and the United States, each expertly paired with a dinner of Spanish Tapas. The tasting begins at 5:30 in the Dayskier Cabin.
Pre-registration is required for the evening which is limited to 40 participants.
The cost for this fun evening of dinner and wine is $80 per person. Overnight guests are welcome to register paying $30 per person for the wines.
We are excited to host these two events to conclude a fantastic year of incredible snow and excellent grooming on the Stokely trails. The lodge is open to welcome overnight guests until Sunday, March 16. Rest assured, there will still be plenty of snow on the ground.
